🔁 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

 

 

🪐 Astrology Services (Consultations / Reports)

 

 

Once an astrology consultation, horoscope analysis, or custom report has been prepared or delivered, no refunds will be issued. This is due to the personalized nature of astrological work, which involves time, research, and expertise.

 

However, if:

 

  • You were charged but did not receive your report or session

  • You booked the wrong service and inform us within 1 hour

 

 

You may request a reschedule or correction, not a refund.

 

 

📦 Astrological Products (Remedies / Yantras / Gemstones / Books)

 

 

  • Returns will be accepted only for:

     

    • Damaged products upon delivery (must report within 24 hours)

    • Wrong product delivered

     

  • No refunds or returns for:

     

    • Used yantras, energized items, or worn gemstones

    • Change of mind or belief

    • Items purchased during discounts or offers

     

 

 

Replacement (not refund) will be provided for valid return cases.
