• All astrology services (consultations, reports, kundali matching, predictions) are based on the information provided by the user.

• Once booked and delivered, these services are non-refundable.

• Predictions are based on Vedic astrology principles and do not guarantee outcomes.

• Siddanti.com or its astrologers will not be held responsible for decisions made by users based on astrological guidance.

3. 📦 Astrological Products

 

 

• Products like energized gemstones, yantras, and pooja items are prepared specifically for the user.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for energized or personalized items unless:

   

  • The product was damaged in transit (must be reported within 24 hours).

  • The wrong product was sent.

   

• All items are sold with the understanding that they are spiritual aids, not magical cures.

• All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless mentioned otherwise.

• Siddanti.com reserves the right to change pricing or discontinue services/products without prior notice.

5. 🔁 Cancellation & Refunds

 

 

• Consultations once booked cannot be canceled or refunded.

• Physical product orders may be canceled before dispatch by writing to support@siddanti.com.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
